METHOD – HOW GRANNY MAKES IT: Mix one scoop (40g) with 90ml of cold water and whisk with a fork for 30 seconds. Make sure all powder is dissolved. Recommended daily consumption: 1-2 servings.

SECRET TIP – HOW MUM MAKES IT: Mum makes it the same but puts it in the fridge for 20 minutes or freezer for 10 minutes before she eats it. She likes it really cold! Try it and enjoy!
