Refund and Returns Policy

At Raw Fit, we maintain strict quality control. Due to the health, safety, and hygiene standards of our products, our return policy is structured as follows:

1. Peptides & Sterile Vials

• Hygiene & Safety Restrictions: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any peptide vials or sterile products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
• Unopened Products: Sealed, unopened peptide boxes in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged in transit (e.g., broken vials), please contact us at support@rawfit-eg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.

2. Supplements & General Products

• 14-Day Return Window: Unopened, fully sealed dietary supplements (e.g., pre-workouts, proteins, amino acids) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
